By day I run the yacht desk at Hanham Insurance Agency. Most nights and weekends I'm in a terminal, building Yardy and MarineCRM. South Carolina raised, in Charleston since college, and not going anywhere.

Started automating the yacht desk's email load: twenty-five client emails a day, every one written by hand until then. No repo, no plan, just an inbox that needed a better system.
First git commit. The tooling that grew out of the inbox became a codebase.
MarineCRM went live for the agency: renewals, evidence trails, commission reconciliation. The CRM I wanted didn't exist, so I built it.
Started Yardy. Web-first at yardy.sale: every yard sale, estate sale, and auction from 20+ sources, searchable on one map.
Formed Yardy LLC.
Yardy went live on the App Store.
